AP® Trademark Notice: AP® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this product. "Advanced Placement" and "AP" are used solely to identify the subject matter of the content.
All content, design, graphics, and code within Blitz are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.
Blitz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost study time, exam outcomes, or data loss.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms.
