Blitz ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Blitz is designed to be used without creating an account. We collect the following limited information:

Anonymous usage data. We collect anonymized events (e.g., app opened, session completed, cards answered) to understand how the app is used. These events are tied to a randomly generated device identifier — not your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.
Purchase information. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We use a third-party service to verify and manage purchase entitlements. We do not store your payment information.
Local study progress. Your card progress, XP, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device.

To understand how users study and improve the app experience.
To verify and restore in-app purchases across devices.
To maintain your study progress and settings locally on your device.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

Blitz works with third-party service providers for analytics and purchase verification. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their services and are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not share personally identifiable information with any third party.

4. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained only as long as necessary to improve the app. Local device data (progress, settings) remains on your device until you uninstall the app or reset your progress in Settings.

5. Children's Privacy

Blitz is intended for students ages 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal profile to access, correct, or delete. You can reset all local data at any time via Settings → Reset All Progress.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Continued use of Blitz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will update the "Last updated" date above.
